Our CSMs partner with Enterprise/Fortune 5000 clients to maximize their experience with our video maker product and associated services, ensuring that the client sees value and ultimately renews.
Our award-winning software clients include Google, Facebook, Netflix, Dell, Mercedes Benz, J&J, Netflix, and hundreds more. These clients will look to you for inspiration on how to better communicate through video with their colleagues and become an Explanation Expert™.
About this role:
● Understand complex issues and give them a logical (narrative) structure
● Write voiceover, animation descriptions, and other texts
● Create storyboards in Adobe Photoshop
● Manage complex projects with digital tools
● Keeping multiple projects organised and running on-time
● First point of contact for customers and colleagues
● Mother tongue: English fluently spoken and written
● Abstract thinking, exceptional comprehension
● Patience, flexibility, and professionalism
● Experience writing texts and creating images
● Experience working with clients
● Knowledge of video production a plus
● Outstanding organizational and project management skills
● Good conversational skills, consistently making a good first impression
