Simpleshow APAC is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who will support the sales team with prospecting, cold-calling, and email engagement with prospective clients, in order to book meetings for our Sales Managers and generate new business. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the sales team has a healthy pipeline of qualified meetings.
Candidates must be Singapore-based - remote work is possible.
- 1 - 3 years sales experience (preferably B2B) with high-volume prospecting and outreach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in the art of listening for pain points and comfortable pitching to clients on the phone and on video calls.
- Confident and assertive self-starter who is extremely organised and goal-oriented.
- A competitive overachiever with a track record of exceptional follow-up and world-class customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
- Working knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce is a big plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Securing meetings for the Sales Managers in APAC with new and existing clients through targeted outbound campaigns using telephone, email, and the web.
- Supporting the Sales Team by conducting a high volume of prospecting for open leads.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding set KPIs.
- Become a product expert, bring new ideas to the table, and partner with Sales Managers to consult the best-customised solutions to meet prospective customersʼ communication needs.
- Maintaining customer records up-to-date on Salesforce and utilise other Sales Enablement tools.
- Build rapport and work effectively with a robust cross-functional team to meet account performance objectives and customersʼ expectations.
- Adapt well to a continuously changing set of tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Most importantly, our Business Development Representatives will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the company, as well as a favourable image of simpleshow to clients!
