Candidates for this role must be bilingual in German and English, as this role will be responsible for recruiting in support of our Berlin and London offices.

About the job:

simpleshow’s Recruiter will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across all departments in our UK and Germany offices. This role will be responsible for fulfilling talent acquisition needs through innovative practices, creative thinking, and process improvements. 

The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline, and ensure the overall hygiene of our job boards, and applicant tracking system (Teamtailor). Furthermore, they will support a work environment that promotes teamwork within the company and excellent candidate experience. This role will be focused primarily on Sales Recruitment; Sr. Sales Managers, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of recruiting sources to identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including but not limited to; our ATS, job boards, social media, and networking

• Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.

• Manage our job boards and review inbound applications for quality and overall fit

• Interview and screen candidates via phone and video conferencing

• Manage candidate communication throughout the entire hiring process, as well as nurture campaigns in support of the talent pipeline

• Review and create compelling job descriptions to attract top talent

• Serve as a Talent Advisor to support our hiring managers by sharing market insights and recommendations throughout the recruitment process

• Extend and negotiate offers of employment; identifying a win-win solution for both the candidate and our organization

• Partner with other internal teams for onboarding and other cross-functional efforts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Full-Cycle recruiting, experience recruiting Sales talent is preferred

• Full professional proficiency in English and German is required

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Advanced project management, time management, and customer service skills

• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Google Workspace, plus familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Ability to be self-motivated, highly organized, have a positive attitude and professional demeanor

• A college or university degree is preferred
