About this role:
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of integrated campaigns and uncover new lead opportunities. In this role you will role will develop and execute content plans and distribution strategies while partnering with internal stakeholders to implement the most engaging and seamless customer journey.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, conversion funnels, and optimization strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing analytics and translating data into actionable insights to enhance and innovate the client experience. This role will drive organic growth by leveraging content across a multitude of digital platforms including our website, social media channels, email, and other engagement tools.
This is a fully remote opportunity, supporting our US operations based in Miami, Florida. This role is open to applicants based anywhere in the United States. Candidates in the Eastern Timezone are preferred.
In this role, you can expect to:
Optimize growth strategy by using owned and paid media channels to drive lead generation, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way
Plan, develop, and execute all digital marketing, including (but not limited to) paid and organic social media, video, webinars, lead generation funnels, and email campaigns
Develop strategies that combine both technical and content elements, to drive ongoing improvements in SEO and organic search results
Partner with the content and brand team to develop top-performing, lead-generating content and messaging, keeping a consistent voice across all platforms
Continually run A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, landing pages, and emails that increase conversions throughout the entire funnel
Help establish growth KPIs and create reports and dashboards to measure performance, continually exploring methods to improve efficiencies and increase conversions
Identify new and creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies
Execute account-based marketing strategies and tactics to drive additional revenue
Create a focused expansion strategy and execution plan, including partner recruitment and growing existing partners, to drive increased revenue
Identify partnership opportunities for SME speaking opportunities and event participation
You are a good fit if you have:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or another closely related field
5+ years of proven work experience in marketing, preferably B2B
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms
B2B lead generation experience
Experience with Marketing Automation tools
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing
Self-starter mindset and thrive in an agile environment
Growth mindset – obsessed with continuously learning, iterating, and improving
Bonus if you have:
- B2B SaaS experience
- MA/MS/MBA degree
- Experience with Pardot
