simpleshow, the global market leader for explainer videos, is looking for a Sales Ops Specialist. Our ideal candidate will focus on driving sales initiatives using analytics from Salesforce.com and other tools within our sales tech stack.

In this role, you will provide analysis and recommendations on our sales operations to drive efficiencies, and process improvements.
This is a fully remote opportunity, supporting our US operations based in Miami, Florida.
Drive sales initiatives by providing recommendations based on analysis of Salesforce.com and other databases
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business; define and deliver recommendations to improve performance of the sales funnel for management
Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting for reps, managers, sales leaders, and executive team
Identify and propose improvements for renewal and upsell processes as they relate to our Saas tool, videomaker
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, also supporting Marketing, Training and other internal teams
Identify and make recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Manage and support all technical aspects of key sales systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Meetings, and more)
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and create and provide relevant training materials to assist with onboarding new sales team members
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
4+ years of data analysis and Sales Ops experience or related work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a similar field; strongly preferred
Deep understanding of Salesforce.com
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other word processing tools; prior knowledge of SalesForce or another CRM is preferred
Ability to be self-motivated, highly organized, and have a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills
