simpleshow makes explaining easy! Since 2008, we have been communicating clients’ complex topics in a short, simple, and entertaining way - via videos, social media, and e-learning. Our explanation methods are implemented all around the world, with more than 190 employees, and hundreds of international customers, including Microsoft, eBay, Adobe, Audi, Deutsche Telekom, Bayer, BASF, Airbus, Bosch, IKEA, and BMW - all of that in over 50 languages!

Since 2016 we have gone one step further. Because we believe that explainer videos will soon conquer the entire, ever more complicated world, we have developed the simpleshow video maker. This online video creator allows anyone to create their own explainer videos in the simpleshow style.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an open-minded and communicative Junior Sales Manager who will support and advise our sales department as well as our customers in their daily business.


  • You will work closely with your colleagues from the Key Account Management and support them in all the customer-related topics. You generate and qualify leads, book online meetings with them and also hold meetings yourself. 
  • You support our simpleshow video maker customers independently, from the sales process to onboarding and renewal.
  • You work in a structured way and interact with other departments such as Finance or our Creative Hub. Salesforce is your daily companion, whether quotes, project management, tasks or even the forecast for the team. 
  • Together with the team, you work on tenders and make sure that everything reaches our customer on time. 
  • You like to talk a lot on the phone with our customer and you are a friendly contact person even with a high workload.


  • French is your native language and you are also business fluent in English. If you also speak German - c’est super!
  • You show professionalism in the communication and support of high-value customers
  • You are highly motivated and eager to learn and changes are a welcome opportunity for you to develop
  • It's in your blood to be confident on the phone and confident in dealing with customers at decision-maker level
  • You are flexible and show empathy in dealing with customers
  • You like to act on your own responsibility and you have a structured and efficient approach to achieving goals
  • You have a high ability to work in a team and enjoy your work
  • You already have first to several years of experience in sales 
  • You have a vocational training or a degree
