Simpleshow USA is looking for a Global Sales Strategist to partner with the Head of Worldwide Sales and the CEO.

The Global Sales Strategist executes revenue acceleration and optimizes operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, and system enhancements. An independent thinker who works closely with cross-functional teams such as global sales, operations, customer success, and marketing to drive key initiatives. An exceptional communicator who contributes new ideas in a clear, concise manner and handles reporting in our CRM (SalesForce).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management) or equivalent practical experience; MBA is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in sales analysis, strategic planning, operational improvement, and/or consulting
  • Experience in sales as an individual contributor or as a sales manager
  • Experience gathering and delivering quantitative metrics from systems such as SalesForce CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, YesWare in a business context 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Client service mentality, adaptability, and willingness to build strong relationships with international colleagues
  • Confident self-starter who is extremely organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping the business and its members succeed
  • Ability to work independently in a sales-force driven business environment 
  • A positive attitude that promotes teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or experience with programming languages, especially for data manipulation (e.g. SQL, Python) a plus
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce 


Responsibilities:

  • Drive market strategies to help client and revenue growth by partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, operations) to reinforce existing processes and implement new ones.
  • Align with global Sales leaders on revenue acceleration strategies 
  • Understand your business stakeholders’ objectives and metrics that are most important to them
  • Identify the process bottlenecks and inconsistencies that will help improve the sales team’s performance
  • Drive process improvement by investigating inefficiencies and proposing solutions in a proactive manner
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects- initiating and driving projects to completion independently with minimal guidance
  • Support business initiatives by drawing insights from our data - SalesForce CRM, design and execute market/segment-specific insights and analyses
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
