Simpleshow UK is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to be a trusted advisor to clients and become an invaluable asset to the Sales team by driving outreach for new business. Remote work from UK is possible.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years (preferably B2B) with high-volume prospecting and outreach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in the art of listening for pain points and comfortable selling to clients on the phone and on video calls. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. 
  • An overachiever who is extremely competitive and is comfortable in a remote environment. 
  • Resourceful professional with a positive go-getter attitude. 
  • Confident and assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal-oriented.
  • A track record of exceptional follow-up and world-class customer service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Managers in securing meetings with new and existing clients. 
  • Prospect through outreach such as cold calling and digital marketing (email, social, and more).
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to execute new sales strategies.
  • Ensure that the sales team has the tools that help them sell. 
  • Assist in creating and sending client proposals in a timely fashion. 
  • Bring new ideas to the table and find creative ways to make the client happy through world-class customer service.
