Freelance Concept Writer + Project Manager (Remote, Based in Asia-Pacific)

Our explanation methods are implemented all around the world, with more than 190 employees, and hundreds of international customers, including Microsoft, eBay, Adobe, Audi, Deutsche Telekom, Bayer, BASF, Airbus, Bosch, IKEA, and BMW - all of that in over 50 languages!

Behind every simpleshow, there is a storyteller. As a freelance Concept Writer & Project Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the creation and development of the project. You simplify complex issues, and articulate them concisely - both linguistically and visually. You are motivated, responsible, like to collaborate, and are passionate about learning. Do you enjoy writing engaging, reduced texts which convey a core message to a target group? Do you have a feel for instructional design and composing perfect images? Can you meet deadlines, enable productive collaboration, and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues, even under pressure? Then we have the opportunity for you!

YOUR TASKS

• Understand complex issues and give them a logical (narrative) structure
• Write voiceover, animation descriptions, and other texts
• Create storyboards in Adobe Photoshop
• Manage complex projects with digital tools (Trello, Lano, Google Suite, ...)
• Keeping multiple projects organized and running on-time
• First point of contact for customers and colleagues

YOUR SKILLS

• Mother tongue: English fluently spoken and written
• Abstract thinking and exceptional comprehension
• Working independently
• Patience, flexibility, and professionalism
• Experience writing texts and creating images
• Experience working with clients
• Knowledge of video production a plus
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
• Good conversational skills, consistently making a good first impression
