Executive Assistant to the CEO

simpleshow is looking for an eloquent and confident Executive Assistant to be the right-hand person to the Chief Executive Officer. 

An independent thinker who can work closely with global sales teams to drive strategy for both sales and operations through innovative thinking, process improvement, and system enhancements. 

Internationalization and global sales are at the forefront of simpleshow. Our goal is to be just as successful internationally as we are in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Work closely and efficiently with the CEO with the development of global sales and operational strategy by reinforcing existing processes and implementing new ones
• Conduct research projects for the Executive Board- prepare quantitative analysis and data visualization presentations to tell the story behind the numbers in Salesforce CRM reports 
• Drive process improvement by investigating inefficiencies and proposing solutions in a proactive manner
• Manage multiple concurrent projects- initiate and drive projects to completion independently with minimal guidance
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with all departments including Sales to act as the main point of contact 
• Understand and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
• Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in the areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or e-Commerce
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or equivalent
• Experience working with international markets is an added plus
• Comfortable communicating virtually with colleagues
• Adaptable, committed team player with a high degree of loyalty, and a high sense of responsibility 
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to contribute new ideas in a clear, concise manner in both German and English
