Simpleshow USA is looking for an experienced Director of Customer Success with knowledge of SaaS platforms to set the overall strategic plan for the customer success team, focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through renewals and retention improvements. An energetic leader with a background in sales would be an asset.

Our clients, such as Google, Amazon, Dell, Mercedes Benz, J&J, Netflix, and Bayer will look to you and the CSM team for inspiration on how to better communicate with their colleagues and become an Explanation Expert™. They will work closely with our team to expand sales through product demos, video creation, and ridiculous customer service. Together with our sales team, they will be a driving force behind our one and only mysimpleshow Video Maker.

Responsibilities 

  • Become a product expert of our SaaS product (online video maker: mysimpleshow.com)
  • Manage the customer success process with the help of our outstanding team of Customer Success Associates and Managers 
  • Build rapport and work effectively with team members and clients to ensure the successful renewal of software licenses
  • Align with marketing and sales to form upselling and cross-selling strategies 
  • Add meaningful value by reaching out to leads and supporting Account Managers with pre-sale and after-sale efforts. Basically, help sell a lot and have fun doing it!  
  • Define and optimize customer lifecycle by driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement approaches and leading a culture of continuous improvement
  • Help our customers get the most out of the product by answering technical and content-based questions via telephone/ webinar/ in-person meetings
  • Provide creative writing and visualization support for video project creation
  • Master the art of managing multiple projects at a time while respecting different deadlines
  • May travel to sales presentations with senior sales managers when needed 


Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer success or sales experience (Enterprise level, business-to-business)
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of a SaaS product
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Intercom or equivalent 
  • Must have at least five years of management experience in the tech space
  • A proven record driving customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Experience working with a Customer Success Management platform/software is a plus!
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable conducting demos, webinars, and meeting with clients in-person or via video conference
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that is here to support you
  • Positive and professional, ready to get things done 
  • Loves to help clients and team members

 

Compensation

  • Based on experience. For full-time employees, we offer a complete package of health insurance, 401K, and a healthy dose of vacation time.
